Chef Dan Barber and his team at Blue Hill farm and restaurant have created a line of “savory” (though they say they are sweet too) veggie-filled yogurts. Flavors* include beet, parsnip, sweet potato, tomato, carrot, and butternut squash.
These dairy products are currently available at select Whole Foods and Central Market stores. Free recipes are available on the Blue Hill website.
Honestly, when I learned of these healthy yogurts, I was surprised they hadn’t existed already. Genius move!
